Client: Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Project: Proposed Development of New UiTM Campus at Mukah, Sarawak Through Private Finance Initiative (PFI) Result: Space and design optimisation which led to a remarkable saving of 22% from the original estimated development cost without sacrificing the number of students and other users’ requirements.

Commercial Development

Client: Magna Park Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary of Magna Prima Berhad) Project: Proposed Mixed Development of Phase 3A(II) Result: Reduce the construction cost substantially and improved the development revenue; Return on Investment (ROI) of 14.7% from 4.81% to 19.5% and Gross profit from RM2.2 million to RM9.3million

Civil Engineering

Client: Department of Works Malaysia Project: Highway Simpang Pulai-Lojing-Gua Musang-Kuala Berang (Package 8 ) Result: Proposed alignments were evaluated, alternatives on structures and junctions were recommended and optimised the project cost from RM92million to RM85million without compromising the needed requirements

Agricultural & Environmental

Client: Department of Irrigation and Drainage (DID) Project: Integrated Agricultural Development Project at Kemasin-Semerak Result: More productive concept of irrigation system for ‘padi’ field as well as looking into more holistic aspects including Soil & Water, Environmental and Social.

Airport & Aviation

Client: Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad Project: Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) – Located next to the existing main KLIA and it is developed to replace the current temporary Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) Result: We have conducted over 50 VM workshops for the project and have achieved a remarkable saving of more than 25% from the original development cost of RM4.8billion
