MCM Value Sdn Bhd was founded by Dato’ Sr Dr. Mohd Mazlan Haji Che Mat, DJMK  who is actively promoting VM in Malaysia. Being the first non-Australian accepted as a member of the Australian Institute of Value Management (IVMA), he had conducted VM workshops, seminars, and courses to many major clients that includes Economic Planning Unit (EPU), Public Works Department (PWD), Contruction Industry Development Board (CIDB), Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB), Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and other major private sector clients.
