<p>The book written by our founder Sr. Dr. Mohd Mazlan Haji Che Mat, is becoming the main <strong>source of reference by the Malaysian Government</strong> for their ‘VM Guideline for Public Programmes / Projects’, in fact is the only local book in the guideline.</p>

<p>In addition, the book is also one of the main <strong>text book in most of higher institutions</strong> in Malaysia for Value Management subject.</p>

<p>The book provides thorough coverage of the principles of VM and its applications, its relation to systems approaches and life cycle costing. Some real case studies are included to give  better insight to readers. Major emphasis is given to construction projects, however the book is also applicable to products and systems.</p>
