Project: Several projects consist of sub-stations, civil engineering, electrical utilities, products and tender evaluation criteria from various divisions such as Transmission, Distribution, Generation, Planning, ICT, Finance and Procurement

Results: Potential savings and value efficiencies were identified without compromising the functions and performance of the projects, products, systems and processes.  As such, TNB has made Value Management as a mandatory process for its projects above RM10million.
